Hi babes, and happy November!
November is one of my absolutely favorite times of the year. I love the feeling of community and gratitude that surrounds us during this month. It kicks off the holiday season full of family, friends and celebration.
Because of this, during November, I like to focus on gratitude. Gratitude for all that we have, all that is happening in our lives and all that surrounds us. The holidays can become crazy and so focused on what we want, so I feel as though spending November focusing on what we already have puts us all in a healthy mental and emotional state. Balance, ya know?
So this month, I’ll be consistently updating this page and my Instagram stories with my daily grateful. I hope that you’ll join me by posting in your own Instagram stories, Facebook status, tweet, etc… with your daily gratitude using the hashtag #GratitudeChallenge and tagging @agirlherlife on Facebook and Instagram!
My Daily Gratitude:
November 1: A career (and a side gig) that I love! It’s so rewarding to be able to do what you love every day (and now night!)
November 2: My amazing, wonderful fiance, Logan. Logan is incredibly supportive of everything I set out to do and this blog, as well as so many things in my life, wouldn’t be possible without him.
November 3: Family time! Yesterday, Logan and I drove over to STL to come see my family. I love getting to spend time with them and come out of each weekend feeling so grateful.
November 4: Slow Cooker season! Sometimes, it’s the little things that we are most grateful for, and today, I am most grateful for my slow cooker, which allows me to prep meals ahead of time on a busy week, and the delicious fall recipes!
November 5: God’s beautiful sunsets. WOW. I am so grateful for the gorgeous lake that I live on and the beautiful sunsets that God paints over it.
November 6: My right to vote. Thank you to the women who sacrificed and fought for my right to vote as a woman.
Don’t forget to share your grateful each day with the hashtag #GratitudeChallenge and tagging @agirlherlife!
